Your saved salon

Your salon name, profile, appearance, chosen city and game progress are stored locally. The game does not automatically send these details to JAAC Collective. It has no player account or cloud-save service.

Motion input is used during polish mixing. Raw motion readings are not saved or transmitted. The resulting mixing progress can be saved on your device.

Sharing a salon card

If you choose Share my salon, the card can include your salon name, chosen city, stylist portrait, level and game stats. You choose the receiving app and whether to send it.

Purchases and ownership checks

Where App Store purchases are available, Apple handles payment. RevenueCat checks ownership of service packs and lifetime ad-free access. It processes an app-generated player ID, purchase history and technical device or app information when purchase access is checked, including when the app opens. Salon names, city and appearance are not sent to RevenueCat.

Prices and availability appear in the in-game Store. Purchase restoration checks ownership; it does not restore a deleted local salon save. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for their handling of information.

Advertising

Live advertising is not currently enabled. Test builds can request Google’s test rewarded ads. The iOS game includes Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools. These SDKs can process device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic or performance information. See Google’s privacy policy.

Rewarded ads, when available, are optional. The reward is shown before an ad starts. Where required, privacy choices appear before ad requests, with a Privacy choices control in the reward panel. We will update this notice if live advertising is enabled.

Updates, notifications and diagnostics

Expo checks for game updates and receives technical connection information such as your IP address and update/runtime identifiers. See Expo’s privacy policy.

Completion alerts are optional and scheduled on your device. The game does not register a remote push token or send your salon data to a notification server. Apple handles TestFlight or App Store diagnostics under your Apple settings. The game does not include gameplay analytics.

This website and support email

This website has no analytics scripts, advertising cookies or contact form. Its hosting service processes connection information to deliver and secure the pages. Private previews may require sign-in through the hosting platform.

If you email us, JAAC Collective receives your email address and the information you choose to send. For access, correction or deletion requests about that information, contact info@getdou.app.

Your saved progress

Deleting the app can remove its local salon data. Device backups follow your Apple settings. Restore purchases restores eligible purchases, not local game progress. Visit Support before reinstalling if you are trying to recover a salon.
